There are currently many platforms available to owners to market their property and to attract guests. However, the best way to market your property will be dependent on your personal circumstances.
The two main things to consider are, what is your target revenue and how much time are you willing to invest into your property. Usually our owners are looking for maximum returns in as little time as possible.
The key to maximising returns is occupancy levels, to achieve this you need to have as much exposure as possible and ensure you are priced correctly.
To create maximum exposure, advertise on as many platforms as possible. However, this can become time consuming, you will receive more inquiries and have more listings and guests to manage. If you come across a rental agent that advises you against working with multiple companies, they only have their interest at heart.
Generating bookings is very time consuming, clients have lots of questions to ask before making the booking. If you are doing this across a variety of platforms it can be tricky. Also once the clients book, managing their booking is also time consuming. Especially if there are issues or the clients are arriving late.
