The Olympic Centre has a gym and fitness centre for anyone to use. They have a range of strength training equipment from free weights to resistance machines as well as numerous cardio training facilities.
It is possible to purchase weekly or monthly passes and you must wear appropriate sports clothing, footwear and bring a towel if you wish to use the equipment.
You can also pay for an entry to use the gym and pool area in one session.
